Job Summary:
MedReview is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open roles across the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to help move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruiting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination and is comfortable managing multiple roles at once.

MedReview is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open roles across the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to help move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruiting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination and is comfortable managing multiple roles at once.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Create and post job advertisements on recruiting platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate records withing the applicant tracking system
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding documentation when needed
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards; preferably Namely and JazzHR
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Office location in the New York City financial district. Candidate will be required to be onsite frequently and located within a commutable distance to New York City.
- Comfortable coming into office three days a week.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
